RKM Frästechnik with its registered office in Upper Austria has specialised in the production of 3D mould construction and design, tool manufacturing, pressing tools, (compression moulding tools), curing tools, handling jigs and fixtures and large milled parts.
We manufacture moulds for the automotive industry (automobile industry - automotive), aerospace industry (aerospace industry), medical devices industry, mechanical and electrical engineering industry and the sports industry. With our aluminium and steel mould construction and design for fibre ‘composite technology’ (carbon, carbon fibre, polyester, ...), for many years we have supplied leading suppliers based in Austria, Germany and throughout the world.

We work with 3 and 5 axes simultaneous milling machines and high-quality tools in our company in order to fulfil all of the requirements of our customers to their fullest satisfaction. We offer machining of large milled parts of up to 6.000 mm x 2.000 mm x 1.500 mm and with a maximum weight of 10 tons. We manufacture tools for leading companies from Austria, Germany and throughout the world.

The use of modern CNC technology and CAD/CAM is a prerequisite for precise and dimensionally accurate final products. Our manufacturing site produces in accordance with the current standards and guidelines. Each manufacturing step is checked by our quality assurance department.

Machining of large parts

A state-of-the-art machine park is a prerequisite but still not a guarantee for the manufacturing high-grade precision parts of a certain quality. Manufacturing qualitative milled parts for the machining of large parts also requires highly qualified and dedicated technical experts. We offer machining of large parts of up to 6000 mm x 2000 mm x 1500 mm and with a maximum weight of 10 tons.
